Olimp BCAA Xplode is a dietary supplement containing branched chain amino-acids (BCAA) enriched with beta-alanine and caffeine. The formulation contains the best proportion of ingredients in the ratio of 2:1:1 in favor of leucine, which ensures the effective action of the preparation.
Muscle proteins are in a constant movement, which means that the synthesis of new proteins occurs while other proteins are degraded. Muscle anabolism with regards to training does not have a specific definition but generally refers to the circumstances in which the rate of muscle protein synthesis exceeds the rate of their breakdown, resulting in muscle mass gain.
