The BeOrganic Sen BIO dietary supplement is a composition of four natural plant extracts created for people struggling with sleep problems and night regeneration.
Sen BIO contains only natural ingredients obtained from ecologically certified Polish crops by water extraction without the use of chemical solvents. The supplement includes extracts from: lemon balm leaves, valerian root, hop cones and fennel fruit.
Lemon balm is a versatile herb with many potential health benefits. It is best known for its calming and relaxing properties. Traditionally used as a mild sedative and anxiety reducing herb.
Valerian, or in other words, valerian root. It is primarily known for its sedative properties and has been used as a natural sleep aid for centuries. Valerian helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improves the overall quality of sleep.
Hops have a long history of use in herbal medicine. It has a calming effect, reduces tension and supports the process of falling asleep.
Fennel, as well as the above-mentioned herbs, has been known and widely used for a long time. In addition to the most characteristic effect on digestion, it also helps to relax muscles, thanks to which it facilitates relaxation and supports the fight against insomnia.
