Ingredients: (12 pieces)
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- Serving of a protein supplement
- ½ glass of dried cranberries
- 1 glass of oatmeal
- 1 glass of rye flour
- ¾ glass of skimmed milk (0,5%)
- 1 egg, 2 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of rapeseed or coconut oil
- Half a teaspoon of stevia
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons of ground nutmeg
Preparation
Oatmeal should be ground to fine dust, preferably using a mixer or a coffee grinder. Fluff the whole egg and the egg whites with a fork and add milk, oil and mashed (or mixed), most ripe bananas. Then pour the ground oatmeal and your favoured protein supplement and leave it for a few minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients i.e. flour with cranberries and spices. Muffins are best formed in moulds (metal or paper) and put on a special sheet with pockets at the bottom. We bake the moulds filled with the mass in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
