Something for pizza fans - cheese pizza, whose cake I use in many recipes for substitutes of flour dishes. I use coconut flour for its preparation, but I assure you that you do not feel the sweet taste of the coconut in it. Cheese, appropriate spices and additional ingredients give it a crispness and taste better than many traditional thin-crust pizzas. It is an ideal dish not only for people on low-carb and high-fat diets like LCHF, paleo or ketogenic, but also for people avoiding gluten.
Components:
-220 g of grated yellow / hard mozzarella cheese
-40 g cream cheese
-2 eggs
-45 g of coconut flour
-himalayan salt
-herbes de Provence
-oregano
-basil
-garlic
Grate the mozzarella cheese and then dissolve in a hot bath (insertedbowl in a pot with hot water) or in a microwave for about 1.5 minutes.
Add cream cheese and eggs to the dissolved mozzarella and mix thoroughly.
Add coconut flour andspices optionally to the mass and knead the dough with your hand to combine all the ingredients.
Put baking paper on baking sheet. Roll out the finished dough through a second sheet of paper.
Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 210 ° C and bake for about 10 minutes. Remember that the dough has to have slightly golden colour.
Remove the dough from the oven. If bubbles have formed, pierce them with a fork.
Topping:
60 g of grated mozzarella cheese
100 ml tomato puree 100%
50 g salami chorizio
50 g of smoked bacon
Herbes de Provence
basil
oregano
salt
pepper
optionally low-carb vegetables such as mushrooms, peppers
Place selected additives on the finished dough. For me it is a tomato sauce (tomato puree + basil + salt + pepper), mozzarella cheese, salami and bacon. I sprinkle the whole with Provencal herbs, oregano and basil.
Bake a ready pizza for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Lightly cut the pizza you are good to go! ?
Bon Appetit! ?
