The easiest rule to making these bars is that you add whatever you can find, because every person needs to sort out their kitchen cupboards sometimes!
Below is the basic recipe:
100g of protein supplement
50g of oatmeal
50g of nuts
50g of dried fruits
60g of dark chocolate
50ml of milk
1 teaspoon of preferred jam
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Mix oatmeal, supplement, fruits and nuts in a bowl. Heat up the milk in a pot, add chocolate, peanut butter and jam. Mix all the “wet” ingredients with the “dry” ingredients until you get a solid mass. Put on a baking plate or in a container, chill, cut and eat!
Below is our modification (in case we can’t find all the necessary ingredients):
100g of protein powder
50g of oatmeal
50g of sunflower seeds
100ml of coconut water
2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Our mass was put in the oven for 15 minutes, and you can see the result below. As you can see, you can make it yourself out of any ingredients you have. Everything depends on your preferences and what you can find in your kitchen. You can prepare them in just a few minutes! We guarantee that they will also disappear within few minutes, pleasing everyone who tries them!
