White protein chocolate is very easy to prepare.
You only need two basic ingredients and 15 minutes of free time. Ready chocolate can be stored for a long time in the freezer and eaten when we crave something sweet. Definitely worth trying!
Ingredients:
- 50 g of unrefined coconut oil
- 35 g coconut or white chocolate protein nutrient
- some fresh raspberries
- desiccated coconut
Preparation:
Dissolve the coconut oil and mix with the protein nutrient.
Place the raspberries in a silicone praline shape mould and pour the prepared mass. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
