Barley grass - powdered green shoots of barley (Hordeum sativum), received as a result of freeze-drying process. It contains many nutrients such as amino acids, minerals, vitamins and other antioxidant and alkaline compounds, allowing to maintain the acid alkaline balance of the organism.
