Creatine AAB (creatine-alpha-Aminobutyric Acid matrix) is formed from combinations of molecules of alpha-aminoisobutyric acid (gamma-Aminobutyric acid [GABA isomer]) and creatine molecules into one molecule. The task of the organic acid in supplementation is increasing the secretion of growth hormone. Creatine is involved in energy conversion, primarily taking part in the reproduction of intracellular energy carrier - adenosine triphosphate (ATP). It increases the hydration of muscle cells and stores glycogen. Increases the activity of anabolic enzymes inhibiting catabolism. It is ergogenic, anabolic and anti-catabolic. It is a component of the creatine supplements produced by the company BSN (e.g. i.e.-XPLODE), used in sports supplementation with excellent results.
Dosage: There are no standards of daily consumption.
Usually, the dose used in supplementation depends on the needs and capacity of the body.
