D-pinitol - the equivalent of inositol, found in plant foods (such as nuts and beans), insulin-mimetic (a substitute for insulin, mimicking the action and amplifying effects of the insulin hormone). It strengthens on muscle tissue, maximizing the utilization of glucose and creatine. It affects the rapid increase in muscle mass and functional capacity (strength and endurance). It prevents accumulation of fat tissue and interacts in its reduction. Part of the creatine stacks and pre- and post-workout supplements.
Dosage: approx. 1g per day, during meals containing creatine or carbohydrates.
