Milk Protein Isolate (Milk) contains a protein isolated from milk casein (approx. 80%) and whey (approx. 20%) protein with improved digestibility of the protein in milk. They are characterized by a high nutritional value because it contains more BCAA and lysine from the reference protein of the FAO, however, they are more digestible.
