Polydextrose is a synthetic substance, which is a polymer of dextrose (glucose, grape sugar) which is obtained in a process involving heating of citric acid and sorbitol, it is an addition to the food products of milk origin. It acts as a stabilizer and thickener.. It does not have flavour and aroma.
Dosage: a single dose should not exceed 50 g, the daily 90 g / 24h.
